Xiaomi released its Mi Max phablet range in 2016 which became popular for offering screen space for users to enjoy multimedia content. A year later, Xiaomi launched its successor, the Mi Max 2 with similar specifications and upgrades. Now a report claims that Xiaomi has already started working on the Mi Max aaa top rechargeable battery 3 and the smartphone is expected to get major upgrades to keep up with the currents.
According to a report by Chinese site CNMO, the upcoming Mi Max 3 will sport a 7-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9, considerably larger than the screen we have seen on the Mi Max 2. The phablet is also believed to come with thin bezels, to make the device appear larger. It is also rumoured to have a dual camera setup on the rear of the phone. However, no other information on the type of lens in this setup is mentioned.The Mi Max 3 might draw its power from 5500mAh battery, which is bigger than the 5300mAh battery on the Mi Max 2.
There are also rumours of Quick Charge 3.0 and reverse charging.The report says that the Mi Max 3s standard variant is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, while the premium variant might be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC.Prior to this, Xiaomi had launched the Mi Max 2 in May 2017. The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable up to 128GB.
